Sometimes, you feel like something bad is going to happen. You feel like you need to do something, but you’re not sure what?

This anxiety or fear is typically generated by an unconscious response to the ‘misuse’ of the imagination. There is a part of the brain getting the message from your imagination that something bad is about to happen, and so it then creates a state of readiness in your mind and body: anxiety.

This can be due to experiences in the past, or the inability to deal with uncertainty – that feeling that you’re not sure what is going to happen. Whatever the reason, by using hypnosis, the mind can learn to relax and accept things as they are.

That’s how this hypnosis for anxiety works. Using self hypnosis, anxiety will melt away, enabling you to enter a calm and relaxed state of mind. The subconscious mind will learn to re-set its responses to things back to normal, allowing you to enjoy life with less anxiety, and more comfort.
